NIHR Chairperson Receives Director of the Regional Office of the International Peace Institute

Engineer Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, Chairperson of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), has received at the NIHR Headquarters in Seef District Mr. Najib Freiji, Director of the Regional Office of the International Peace Institute (IPI) for the MENA region in Manama,
The two sides touched on a number of issues of common interest, and discussed ways to enhance aspects of cooperation in the training and educational fields related to human rights and exchange of expertise, which support efforts to achieve common goals to strengthen the human rights system in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
For his part, Mr. Freiji valued the NIHR’s efforts to promote and develop a culture of human rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain, stressing the IPI’s readiness to cooperate in order to support the NIHR’s efforts and achieve the goals entrusted to its work
